Sound familiar?

Your stock count shouldn't live in four places

Nobody running it is careless. The information is scattered, and it goes stale between the places it lives.

A stressed shop owner holding his head over a messy spreadsheet, a buzzing phone and scattered sticky notes.

Before

Four answers, none of them agree

Each of these is someone doing their job properly. The gap opens up between them.

  • A costing sheetThree versions deep, with a formula that broke last month and a column nobody trusts any more.
  • A chat threadThe real number is in a message, waiting on a reply from someone who is out on the floor.
  • A delivery dateQuoted to the customer from memory, because the factory has not been asked this week.

So the honest answer is: let me check and call you back.

The same shop owner relaxed with a cup of tea, tidy shelves behind him and a green tick above.

How it works

Three steps to calmer selling

No new habits to learn. Keep selling where you already sell — cistem.ai does the counting in the background.

  1. A seller on her laptop, connected by dotted lines to an online shop, a shopping cart and a small storefront.

    Connect your stores

Link Shopify and Amazon through their official sign-in. Your products come in and are matched to your own SKUs.

  2. Parcels travelling from a phone, a shopping cart and a shop counter to a happy customer at her door.

    Sell anywhere, as usual

Online, on a marketplace or at your counter. Each order holds its stock the moment it lands, wherever it came from.

  3. A seller relaxing with a cup of chai beside her laptop, neat shelves of stock behind her.

Relax — it all adds up

One stock count, sent back out to every channel. See what sold, what's running low and what's sitting still.

A look inside

Every order, from every channel, on one screen

This is the real app, not a mock-up. Orders from Shopify, Amazon and your counter sit in one list, and the stock behind them is always the same number.

Available now

Everything you need to run stock across channels

All of this is built and in use today — we can show you every bit of it in a demo.

  • Live

    Shopify & Amazon, in step

Orders flow in on their own. Stock, prices, product details and photos go back out — and you choose, product by product, which side has the final say.

  • Live

    Counter sales count too

Sold something in person or to a wholesaler? Record it in a few clicks and your online stock drops to match.

  • Live

A full history of every change

Every stock movement is written down and never edited, so you can always see what changed, when, and why.

  • Live

    More than one warehouse

See stock at each location, send each order to the place that can ship it, and track transfers between your sites.

  • Live

One list for orders & returns

Every channel's orders together. Stock is held when an order lands, released if it's cancelled, and returns come back by condition.

  • Live

    Reports that answer real questions

Which channel sells most, which styles are winning, what has sat on the shelf too long — seven reports, plus full data exports.

  • Live

    Low-stock alerts

Set a minimum per product, or per product per warehouse, and hear about it before you run out.

  • Live

    Your team, your rules

Give each person access to only the parts they need. Your brand's data is kept fully separate from every other brand's.

A small team in a bright stockroom: one scanning a box on a shelf, one packing an order, one checking a tablet.

Who this is for

The person who has to answer “do we actually have it?”

Usually one or two people. They know which SKUs move, which supplier is late, and which shelf the returns pile up on. They are also the ones who find out at 11pm that the same unit sold twice.

cistem.ai is built for them rather than for a reporting layer above them — so the stock figure, the order that moved it and the person who changed it are all in one place, and the answer to that question takes a few seconds instead of a phone call.

Frequently Asked

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I actually use today?

The inventory core: Shopify, Amazon and offline sales in one place, a permanent stock ledger across multiple warehouses, orders and returns, low-stock alerts, seven analytics reports and full data exports. Everything in the 'Available now' section is live and can be demonstrated.

When does the manufacturing side arrive?

Production orders, the factory portal, stage tracking with photo evidence and incoming-stock visibility are designed and scheduled, not yet built. Ask us for the current delivery plan — we will give you dates rather than a vague roadmap.

Why will factory access be free for suppliers?

Legacy ERPs fail because factories refuse to pay per seat. Your brand subscription is intended to cover the tier, so you can invite contract manufacturers and job-workers with restricted views at no extra cost. This applies once the factory portal ships.

How do I sign in?

With your email address and password, like any other SaaS tool. You choose a workspace name when you create the account, and an emailed one-time code verifies your address before anything is created.

Can we migrate existing data?

Yes. Your existing Shopify and Amazon catalogues are pulled in and matched to your SKUs during onboarding, and products, stock, orders and customers can be exported back out as spreadsheets at any time.

Live inventory today · production next

Spend your evenings on your brand, not your spreadsheet

Bring Shopify, Amazon and offline sales into one stock record — then grow into production orders and factory tracking as they ship.
