Terms and conditions

This agreement is between Krazy Kreators (“we”, “us”), which operates cistem.ai, and the business that opens an account (“you”). If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

cistem.ai is a multi-channel inventory, order and pricing system. It sits between your business and the sales channels you connect — such as a Shopify store or an Amazon seller account — and keeps products, stock levels, orders and prices in step across them from one central record.

We add to and improve the service over time. We will not remove a capability you are relying on without telling you first.

• You must give accurate registration details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account, and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe someone has gained access to your account.
• You must be at least 18 and using cistem.ai for business purposes. It is not a consumer product.

cistem.ai is sold as a monthly subscription, charged in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. There is no free trial; your account activates when the first payment succeeds. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Cancellation, what happens to a month already paid for, failed renewals and the circumstances in which we refund are set out in full in our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes arising on your side of the transaction.

You agree not to:

• Use cistem.ai for anything unlawful, or to trade goods you are not entitled to sell.
• Attempt to gain access to another customer's account or data.
• Probe, scan or test the security of the service except with our written permission.
• Resell or white-label the service without our agreement.
• Place load on the service, or on a connected channel through the service, designed to disrupt it.

Your products, stock, orders, prices and customer records remain yours. We claim no ownership over them. We process them to run the service, as described in our privacy policy.

You are responsible for having the right to give us the data you connect — including, where it concerns the people who buy from you, having a lawful basis to do so.

You can export your data at any time, and you can ask us to delete it when you leave.

cistem.ai acts on the instructions and settings you give it. You decide which channels to connect, which records cistem.ai controls, and what it is allowed to push out to a marketplace. Those choices have commercial consequences — a price or a stock figure sent to a live marketplace is visible to real shoppers.

You are responsible for reviewing what you configure. We provide visibility into every sync, including the ones that fail, so those decisions can be checked.

cistem.ai works by talking to services we do not control. Your relationship with Shopify, Amazon or any other marketplace is governed by your agreement with them, not with us, and you must comply with their rules.

We are not responsible for a channel being unavailable, changing its interface, rate-limiting us, rejecting a value it previously accepted, or closing your account with them. When a sync fails for a reason on the channel’s side, we will show you that it failed and why. That is what we can promise; making a third party behave is not.

We aim to keep cistem.ai available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the service down for maintenance, and will give notice for anything planned that is likely to affect you.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or that every sync will succeed.

You may cancel at any time, as described in the refund and cancellation policy.

We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these terms, if payment fails and is not resolved, or if we are required to by law. Except where the breach is serious or unlawful, we will warn you and give you a reasonable chance to put it right first.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then if you do not accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws applying in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
